Amethyst Lumi Potato

Today's featured beads will also be included in my May curated bead collection. I have placed these beads for sale in my Etsy shop.

These Czech glass beads measure 6mm across and are 4mm thick with a hole drilled through the center. They have a beautiful shade of purple and glimmer nicely in the light with a luminescent finish. These potato shaped beads are perfect for use as a spacer bead and I can see a great number of uses in earrings.

Below are 3 listings of beads placed for sale on my Etsy store over the past few days:

These 11x3mm Side Drilled Dagger beads have a wonderful luminescent finish with shades of teal green and purple. They are Czech glass and top drilled.

Czech Glass Druk beads are always a great all purpose bead to have on hand and these are 4mm and have a very beautiful Metallic luster in shades of blue, green and purple. They are sold strung in two groups of 50 beads.

These puffy 9x6mm Czech glass transparent rondelle beads are in rainbow shades of purple and teal. I plan to use them in some earrings and maybe a matching bracelet.

These transparent teal teardrop beads measure 6mm wide at the bottom and 9mm long. They are side drilled at the top which will make for a nice focal bead. I hope to use them in several earring projects and possibly a necklace.

Faceted Teal Rondelle Beads

Today's featured bead is another bead which will be included in my May curated bead collection. These pretty little beads were placed for sale this morning in my Etsy shop.

These beads measure 6mm in diameter with a 3mm thickness and are in a very pretty shade of teal. They are transparent and faceted and sparkle nicely in the light. I envision using these in a necklace or bracelet and also a matching pair of earrings.

New Curated Bead Collection

Today I am featuring the first two sets of beads which will be found in my newly created bead collection slated to be placed for sale around May 1, 2022 in my Etsy shop.

Both of these items have been listed for sale in my Etsy shop.

The first item is a large Picasso Washed Czech glass teardrop bead. These beads have a wonderful teal green color and I really love the golden Picasso finish. They measure 18mm wide and 30mm in length and I can't wait to play with them for use as a focal in either a necklace or pair of earrings.

The next set of beads are curved wavy leaf beads with a side drill at the top. These pale bluish-green transparent beads have a wonderful color and I love how the etchings are embellished with shades of brown and golden yellow. They measure 9mm in width and 14mm in length. These would make a stunning pair of earrings or great to use in a necklace as well.

Big Beads

My quest for finding all those wonderful but sometimes elusive big round beads continues. I want to share with you some of my latest finds. It is my desire to get as many of these placed for sale in my shop as I can! All of these are 18mm Round faceted fire polished Czech Glass beads.

The first clear bead is faceted like the black ones on the end. The 2nd photo shows a fancy faceted crystal colored bead and the last crystal colored bead has unusual rectangular facets. The 4th bead is a deep, opaque black color. Black beads always have such a variety of uses and always seem to convey a feeling of elegance. Next to the black bead is a dark gray bead which is actually like an opaque black bead.I can't wait to get some of these in my shop!

The first green bead shown here has wonderful shades of green and black in a swirled pattern around the bead. These beads are opaque. The next 3 beads here are dark green, aqua, and cobalt. The last one is so unique with swirls of cobalt an white inside a crystal faceted bead.

Now for the browns and reds. The first three are shades of Topaz and are all transparent. That wonderful light tan bead is actually transparent but has an opaque quality. The last two are Garnet Red and Ruby Red, two colors any beader can't be without!
